For those who actively follow me on Twitter @SamanthaLaDuc, you know I occasionally tweet before and after market hours with mostly Macro market- moving news, analysis and thoughts. I use to be quite busy intra-day tweeting of charts and trade set ups before I opened my LIVE Trading Room last year. Suffice it to say, the Trading Room has had my full focus – where clients get their full value from me – and both have kept me more than busy scanning, synthesizing and setting up actionable trade ideas.
I decided the active posting of tactical ideas in the form of charts and commentary helps keep me organized, focused and accountable, so I created a New Twitter handle @LaDucTrading for these more Micro-trading ideas and setups. The account is currently unlocked as it is not a Member Benefit per se – as clients have full access to me for custom analysis, real-time market commentary and market timing calls all day in the LIVE Trading Room, not to mention access to all LIVE Portfolios, Trade Alerts plus Macro-to-Micro written analysis.
The new twitter account will allow Non-Members to ‘see’ how I think and the results of that thinking so they can decide if my style of analysis, education and trading is right for them. Yes, there will be more discussion of closed trades – both winners and losers – on the new Twitter account. The reason I have not used @SamanthaLaDuc for charts or promotion is to keep it ‘pure’ for those followers whom I value for their Macro Views but who don’t necessarily value my actual Chase/Swing/Trend trading ideas and results. These are the Big Fish I don’t want to lose from over-tweeting for I value their Big Perspective and Active Engagements too much. If you are a Big Fish and don’t mind a ‘stream of consciousness’ type of technical analysis flow, then by all means, follow my tactical Macro-to-Micro trading ideas and price levels @LaDucTrading!
Members should absolutely follow along to better capture Context from the Charts which form the basis of actual LIVE Trading Room trades – which are only available to Members. By posting my ideas, graphically, I am better able to track those ideas I’m germinating and/or trading not to mention spend more in-depth analysis in the Trading Room as well as in write-ups for the LaDucTrading daily Market Thoughts and weekly Gone Fishing Newsletter.
