When you subscribe to any of LaDuc Capital LLC’s website, services and/or products, you understand and agree to the following:
Subscription Payments and Billing:
Full subscription payment is due at the time of registration. Recurring subscriptions are billed at the start of their respective billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your card automatically every billing period. LaDuc Capital LLC can at its sole discretion cancel your subscription at any time without notice and or refund.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. It is your responsibility to initiate the cancellation of your subscription and to follow-up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged. When cancellation is requested by you, subscription fees are not refunded for unused or prorated over the number of days remaining in the applicable period and your subscription will remain in effect until the end of your billing period. You are liable for charges incurred for the subscription period you choose.
Code of Conduct:
By participating in the LaDuc Capital LLC Live Trading Room service, you agree that you will not use the Live Trading Room software to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or illegal. You will not post commercial information to promote your own commercial interests. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by LaDuc Capital LLC. You agree not to use the Live Trading Room in any way to defraud others.
In order to maximize the enjoyment for all Live Trading Room participants, please follow these rules:
– Do not use offensive language.
– Do not be disparaging of others.
– Refrain from boasting.
– Report bashing, which is a hostile interaction between two/more internet users.
