Intermarket Chart Attack: Volatility Strikes Back!

This was an Intermarket Analysis chart review I provided to my fishing club members last weekend, and SeeItMembers this week, to graphically represent relationships (strong and weak) which can foretell where stocks, sectors and indices might move next!

THEY MOVED!!!

See the charts in the post and then have a look at these three in particular:

This week VIX closed +24%. This is a big move and doesn’t look done. We were long Volatility. Careful.

Oil didn’t roll over but the Oil + Gas sector did with HYG weakness my ‘Tell’. We were positioned for both short. Careful.

And Small Caps finally rolled over as indicated in their relative weakness. We were short indices as well. I think this one is just starting. Careful.

Happy Trading but don’t forget to hedge!
